I am seeking alternative wellness professionals for potential collaboration and employment as independent contractors, including massage therapists, acupuncturists, craniosacral practitioners, holistic wellness practitioners, and other licensed professionals.

Job Responsibilities for Psychotherapists:

– Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
– Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
– Refer clients to outside resources as necessary.
– Develop rapport and trust with each client.
– Maintain thorough and timely records of therapy sessions.
– Ensure confidentiality at all times.

**Required Skills: **

– Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
– Proven ability to meet the diverse needs of clients and build encouraging, flexible relationships.
– Assist clients in processing cognitive, emotional, and somatic experiences.
– Strong time management skills.
– Openness and willingness to learn and develop both personal and professional skills.

**Education and Experience: **

– Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
– A valid license such as LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW, or actively working toward licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy
